During every summer I often spent my time away from the city and went fruit picking in Kent, this is where I saw at first hand how much food never even made it into our plates and went to waste. 

I decided to do something about it, up and down I went across London and Kent, working alongside farmers, fruit suppliers and local markets to save their fruits which they couldn’t sell simply because of aesthetic reasons, transforming them into delicious snacks, Güsto was born.

Our mission is simple, we want to use our food waste fighting snacks to create more taste, less waste and  inspire our society towards a better food system.
